Under the Fences Act 1975 (SA), you are generally required to give your neighbour written notice before building a dividing fence. We can advise on the process and provide the quote documentation you need to send, but the formal notice is your responsibility as the property owner. Adam can walk you through it if you are unsure.
Yes. We regularly install fencing on sloped blocks across the Adelaide Hills foothills, Parkside, and Unley. Depending on the gradient, we either step the panels (common with Colorbond) or rake the fence to follow the slope (common with aluminium slats).
